Microsoft,4Kids, and Rare team up for one big weird game.

Holy crap. This is the big Microsoft/4Kids/Rare collaboration. This time it's best to actually read the actual article there since well...the artwork of the world and charactes is worth seeing. Xbox 360 is soon going to be more kid friendly that's for sure. That and a CG tv show made by Rare is also going to be on it.

I have a very big feeling that this is going to totally flop, despite its looks and depth.

Because first of all, 4Kids and (the now-Microsoft-owned) Rare suck.

All I'm going to say is Microsoft's main goal with the game is to expand to younger players for the first time they say. That and the concept is really...weird. Viva Piñata .....that and make sure to read the whole article (two pages) and check out the screenshots before making a statement here. All I can say or react to be more exact...?

4Kids? Yes. Rare? Hell no.

I think this game looks very interesting. I'll definetly buy it when I get a 360. I hope Rare also has a say in the cartoon and doesn't let 4Kids screw it up, though.

No offense, but the closest thing to a Pokemon Killer was a Digimon killer and look what happened to Agumon (a Digimon) then look at Pikachu (still alive and healthy)

Probably until Sugomori dies, Pokemon will be the leading game in the children's eyes.

The game looks fun.
If I ever am crazy enough to buy an Xbox 360 it will be the first game I get.
I'd love to watch the show while wasted too XD.

So, 4kids must be upset that they lost Pokemon, cause they wouldn't want to help make a Pokemon killer if they still had the show cause then the show would lose money.

Hmm, how many Xbox 360 owners will give this a chance......

EDIT: And does Rare and Microsoft know who their working with? 4Kids making their own cartoon is worse then them dubbing one!

I'm actually quite interested in this game... o_O I've always kinda liked artifical life games. And the animals are cute.
As for being on the 360... umm.. well, now I have to buy one... And 4kids? o_O

There are too many fanboys on these forums. Sure it's going to be on Microsoft but if Nintendo had brought this out, you'd all be all over this. I may be a fanboy sometimes but you've got to have some equelness people.

I actually think this looks rather fun. I don't think it'll "kill" Pokemon or anything but it cert\in looks like something that's fun. The creatures all look a bit wacky and Banjo-Kazooie (sp) style. Banjo was a great game so this one looks like it'll be a bit of a laugh. It does look like something that you'd see after taking drugs but it still looks fun. It looks like a cartoon and if it ends up like that, I'll get it.

I'm not so much of a fangirl, it's just I wouldn't buy the expensive 360 for one game. There's not much there right now I like.
