Milotic Card

[Bittersweet]

Due to the lack of good Milotic images, I have decided to be a bit more creative with this one. I used the regular artwork, and then used some effects to make it look like an ancient stone drawing. Didn't turn out as well as I expected, because I was just experimenting. Now I know there were more effective filters I could use on the Milotic image to make it have the effect I wanted. And before you ask, I have made fake cards and posted them here before. Just not under this name. And the text is japanese, which I stole from some image, and I have absolutely no idea what it is saying

So uh anyways,

I think Milotic is cool, but it's Thick Scales and Tidal Wave may be too powerful.

Uh, heiroglyphics are the point. It's suppose to look like an ancient drawing or something, and as for the attacks and the poke-body, I don't see much of a problem for them. I've seen some other EX cards that are way more overpowered.

I like it,but still...the Tidal wave and the other attack are a tad too powerful.Maybe take 10 damage off each?The pic is AWESOME,and the Pokebody is good.8.5/10

Great art. nice atk effects... but no Illus. and uber high retreat cost!

Yeah, RC should be 2 instead of 3...plus, I'd make Sirens a [W][C] attack instead of [W][W][C], and I'd make it 30 instead of 60. Tidal wave should be 60 or 70, too. That aside, nice card, 7.5/10.
