I’ve already cached a Feebas and breed it with a corsola

In till a got a feebas with a clam nature feed it 10 indigo poke blocks, max out its beauty at level 5 and levelled it up by one level and it still won’t evolve, and I did the same with a modest and a mild and thay won’t evolve ether

Its it because it has to be at a higher level (25 - 30) or I have to use blue and indigo poke blocks and not just one of them?

And one more thing how do you upload your own personal avatar?

Are you sure that you've maxed its beauty or have you just used as many pokeblocks as you can? Because the two arent the same things

Well, you have to ensure that you've maxed it beauty, if the Feebas won't eat anymore then the beauty is not maximum, retry.
Use Pamtre Berry, my opinion. You can get it from the Berry Master's wife (the house at route 123). Well, breed your Feebas, try again.

What level were the Pokeblocks? What nature does your Feebas have?

If its nature is one of the ones that hate the Dry flavour it won't work, nor will it work if the Pokeblocks are lower than around level 23. The Pamtre berry works the best (level 50 Indigo Pokeblocks) but it's annoying to get more than just one of it since it takes three days to grow and can only have up to two berries on a tree. Hondew, Kelpsy and Cornn are the best, with Cornn being the best option as a berry for a Pokeblock, since it reaches around level 25, while Hondew and Kelpsy are only level 23/24.

Meh. I don't have Chesto Berries. I have feebas with maxed beauty lv33 and she don't want evolve

There are a couple of FAQs on Feebas/Milotic where you can find answers such as in this thread http://www.serebiiforums.com/showthread.php?t=110648 as well as one on the main site http://www.serebii.net/games/feebas.shtml

You need to have either Modest, Mild, Rash or Quiet nature so Feebas willl like the Dry Pokeblocks. That's probably why it won't evolve because you said it has a Calm nature. Get one with one of the previoulsy four mentioned (Modest, Rash, Mild or Quiet)
