I was think along those lines...Im breeding but cant get mirror coat...im confused.

To get mirror coat, you have to breed a female Milotic with a male Corsola that knows mirror coat. Corsola learns it at level 39.

For the EV spread, I went with 255 Hp, 127 SpAt and either 127 SpDe or De. For the best, I'd go for Hp and either De or SpDe.
