Ehhh, I just see nasty fish eyes when I look at it. Maybe it's the way they're shaped and colored, because Dragonair and Vaporeon have similiar eyes and trhey're plety attractive.
It also just looks slimy to me. And I don't like it's colors either. It's shades of blue, red, yellow, and peach aren't the best at all. It's just...blegh.
They had a nice idea with Milotic, but the pruduct was lackluster.​

To be fair Turtlelove, sarcasm can be quite hard to tell over the internet.

Anyway, I find Umbreon and even Jibacoil more beautiful than Milotic.

Yeah, I am not generally a fan of typically "beautiful" Pokemon such as Ninetales and Milotic.

Hell, Mantine IMO is more beautiful than both.

It matters on opinion To me the most beautiful is... O_O I dunno... Pidgeot? Ninetales? The Eeveelutions (Minus Vaporeon), Milotic... Gardevoir?

Doesn't matter. My favorite is Raichu <3

Edit: Mirage Mew, isn't Mew classified as uberly adorable? In other words, cute?

Mew is really cute! XD So is Raichu and (Insert list of like... 150 Pokemon here)

My obsession for Sneasel is dying for nobody. So if I annoy the Hell out of everyone with it then they are just going to have to get over it. :)

Ha ha, i'd like you to try and get 1,533 Blazikens. I may have 120 Sneasels on Emerald but many, many more live on Pokemon Box...

On topic, Flareon is the best looking/most beautiful Eeveelution. Better than a certain Milotic.

yeah...ok then...maybe not...i've only got 10 at the moment...so bleh...
anyway i prefer Espeon, Leafia and Jolteon from the eeveelutions...

I've owned and raised a Milotic. I used it to win contests on Sapphire because I wasted all my decent Beauty berries evolving the ugly eel for my Pokedex.
We're saying we don't like Milotic to be different? Maybe I'm just bad at math but those of use who dislike Milotic appear to be in the majority in this thread. If someone's trying to be different by claiming distaste for your slithering sushi platter, then my friend, they're as stupid as...oh...you. People find Milotic fugly. End of story. Get over it.

The idea behind Milotic had potential. Milotic however fails. She's fat and slimy looking. Her eyes are hollow and soulless. She has catfish whiskers and a bad color scheme. She reminds me of a potbellied back-up dancer, or a tacky Las Vegas showgirl who's gone past her prime. She's not my thing; I can't stand her. If this bothers you so much that you have to make idiotic accusations, might I suggest you reevaluate your life.​

Milotic is described as the most beautiful, and even the guy who won the Hoenn Gran Festival had a Milotic.

However, Milotic isn't the cutest, because it's eyes have a permanently dazed/expresionless look to it, for some reason. The cutest would be a tie amongst Eevee, Togepi maybe, Azurill, Jigglypuff/Igglybuff, and any other ones that I missed.

If you think about most attractive/graceful (maybe), then Gardevoir would fit this. Gardevoir does look pretty, in a way.

I'm not taking sides by saying Milotic is the ugliest/most beautiful, because I prefer staying out of arguments. To me, beauty comes from the inside, and how you interpret that is upto you.

I personally think it IS the most beautiful of all pokemon. And for all other ranks:

Cute goes to torchic, tough goes to swampert, cool goes to blaziken, and smart goes to grumpig/alakazam.

To me, Milotic is beautiful as in a piece of art, but not something I would stare at for hours (that would go to Ninetales, the most beautiful in my opinion). But for the other ranks Cute does to Mew or one of the Wigglytuff lines. Tough goes to Machamp. Cool goes to Quilava. Smart goes to Kirlia.
