Milotic or Starmie?

I was thinking about that, what do you think?

You can't really compare them two.

Milotic is a bulky water or in other words a tank. She is designed to take hits.

Starmie is meant to special sweep and spin spikes. it can't really take that many hits even with okayish defenses and recover.

Milotic, milotic can use many different water / Ice / Poison attacks and is built to take hits, my one has recover, refresh, toxic, and surf, with her I can easily win against a grass type and and electric type without ground and ice attacks

Starmie @ Leftovers
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Surf
- Thunderbolt
- Ice Beam
- Recover

Milotic @ Leftovers
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Surf
- Ice Beam
- Recover
- Hypnosis

Milotic, less weakness + a tank, Movepool is good

You can't compare the two movepools; the Pokemon serve different purposes.

Also, Milotic being a tank could mean less, as does "less weaknesses." Those are parts your team can cover.
