Milotic

Right, I've now tried a level 80 Milotic with the Moveset most people seem to want it to have.

The..
Calm Nature
- surf
- ice beam
- recover
- toxic

Surf - Sure that's pretty good
Ice Beam - Yeah could do
Toxic - What, the, hell, I don't seem to get why anyone on earth would want this. Unless it's for the BF it's, not. worth. my. time. I don't get it, and would love it if someone would care to explain it for me.. Personally I'd take something like Double Edge over it. But hey, I'm no expert, so correct me
Recover - Pretty handy, if you're against a pokemon has a high resistance for both ice and water. As you'll wear eachother out <.<

I use this moveset for my Milotic:

- Surf
- Ice Beam
- Attract
- Recover

Toxic is a pretty helpful move, but not necessary to use. Not many would include Attract, but I find it pretty helpful. STAB with Surf and to cover all the overused Dragons, there's Ice Beam. Recover is a necessity.

mirrorcoat is a good move for milotic(IMO).

U could Mirror Coat instead of Toxic if u want. Or go with FM's set.

Now you have a Milotic Sweeper!

Recover > Rest

Surf and Ice Beam are kind of necessary; as for the last move, you could go with either Attract or Hypnosis. Facade would be good, but it does have a low Atk stat.

When Milotic gets a Status effect, (eg Sleep, Poison, Burn, Paralysis) Milotics Defence is increaced by 1.5.

I see. If it had a decent Atk, then it could make good use of Facade.
