You've got some anatomy issues. The anime is a bit simplistic, I'd flip through some body tutorials. I can see things coming from you, keep practicing.

These are pretty good, but like Infinity said, you need some work on the anatomy. Maybe buy a book or borrow one from the library that'll help you with things like that. Still, you deffinetly have some potential. Keep working.
