Milotics Mirror Coat.

Not sure if this belongs here, but how do you get Mirror Coat on a Milotic?

I'm pretty sure it doesn't learn it at a level, and there's no TM for it, so it must be an egg move.

So how do you get MC?

(breed with poliwag evolution line iirc)
