Mini Moderators.

Can this be a temp bannable offence...as it's a moderators duty to enforence the laws or tell someone this should be moved or closed. It's highly annoying when certain members here try to play moderator and it doesn't work.

3. Do not attempt to mod yourself.

This is called mini-modding. Basically, do not correct people if they're doing something wrong. On the top right of posts, there's a a report button (

) that you can use to report a person's post. And please do not post in threads saying "Good this has been answered and should be closed." That is mini-modding spam.

We do address it. It's part of the rules. Therefore, anyone who is found continuously doing it, even after being warned is subject to being banned.

Like any other rule, if you're told not to do it but continuously do so anyways then yes, you could be banned.

The way I see it, and who cares what I think, is that if somebody says "This should be in Forum X" but also helps the person answer the question, for example

"How do I get Johto Starters on Emerald?" and they've posted it in the G/S/C forums, and somebody says "You need to complete your pokedex, and this should be in the R/S/E section."

But still, for every one person who does that, there are two or three who come into a topic and say "This can be closed now" or "Don't double post" and nothing else. Meh, I say straight bannings - the rules are there to be read, there's a giant picture in the top right corner of the forums. There's several stickies, many of which have been capitalised to attract attention, if the rules are broken - well then is there any excuse not to give them a straight banning? Will they truly be missed?

It wouldn't send. I tried to send it it and it wouldn't let me. The report was a paragraph long. Edit: I already knew what do if it the Report Button doesnt work, it just didn't work. ;025;
