Don't get me wrong, I really like them, but I don't think there is a way to crit these.
To me it looks like these are just sprites where you used the 'oil painting' function on.

Well, for these, I'm not looking for much criticism, except for maybe what part/color you think would've been better as the background, whether or not I should keep details like face, patterns, etc.

All of these sprites are hand-made in MS Paint. The process can be surprisingly frustrating (especially with Emboar).

Lol, sorry. XD I have a program and there's a function that makes them look nearly the same as these. But since they're hand-made, these are great!

I dunno, but maybe the outline on Snivy is a bit too dark.

Anyway, to stop quoting a nerd rapper, amazing! The only problem is the Patrat's eyes not suiting him, but good nonetheless!

These are nice and all, but there's only one thing that bothers me about them. Some parts of them seem rather chunky. For example, Samurott's beard and armour. They seems far too thick, but I guess that can't be helped. It's a nice idea, none-the-less.

Yeah, I do some minor editing when I do the shinies; they often turn out better than the originals. xD
