yeah but Lt Surge is a minor character?..after all in the manga Gym leaders are very much present.

but don't forget wally then..he doesn't have a name of a version but is in fact a mayor character (he was supposed to be emerald "PosterChild" xD)

yeah pretty weird..after all mayor character also count on the fact that they have a pokedex...and wally has one...(yellow has a barrowed one..big deal)..

Misty. Her look in the GSC Saga, was way cooller than the Anime.
