I can honestly say that i've never raised a Plusle or a Minun... and have no desire to. However i'll go for Minun... my best friend adores them and i'm more of a pessimist than an optimist.

If you get that last point, that is. ;D

I think plusle is better because I support Galatasaray in football league whose colors are YELLOW and RED!!!

I own the 5th gen
they're both about equal in my eyes (in terms of power, they only have a switch in attack and defense that's only a... what?.... 10 base difference?). I'm going with Minun, though, because it's pretty much the underdog of the two. I mean, come on, doesn't it seem like Plusle gets quite a bit of showcasing on its own, while Minun's only appearances are alongside its counterpart? You get a Plusle in Colloseum, Deoxys doesn't kidnap Plusle and basically remove him for a portion of the movie, and the anime has yet to feature the male Pokemon Ranger and his Minun.

Blue is better than red imo. Plusle is too happy as well. XD

Minun, the blue is just so much cuter, not to mention he saved my butt against the E4 on my first Ruby, AND Was my last Pokemon against Raquaza in the same game

Being a Plusle fan seems to be like being a Charizard fan-- it's cooler to not be one and go for the underdogs. Which I usually do, but in this case, with stats like theirs, they're underdogs anyways.
I'd like to say I like Minun equally, though Plusle's got a definite edge on me, what with being in Colosseum, and back when I used to draw a lot of Pokemon comics, Minun was kidnapped or something for like three issues, allowing a lot of character development for the very quirky, slightly eccentric, and very happy go lucky Plusle, that Minun was never able to catch up to, just being the sensible one of the two, trying to keep Plusle in check. That's probably how I see them now, even if unconciously, and with a party pooper personality like Minun in my mind, I guess I would prefer Plusle.
