The second problem is that you should look around the forums if you find the answer.
There's a number that changes for everyday, one of your pokemons must have the same ID number as the one I that is changed and than it appears. It is so rare.

how bout u guys at least give him a hand and give him some links.
these are the major links with info about mirage island.... it's quite random how and when u'll ever get to it but the odds are HIGHLY against you in this case
