Mirror B problem...(XD)

Ok, I got a problem with Mirror.B in Pokemón XD, I allready end the game, but not at the 10.0%, so I need to get the shadow dragonite, but when my mirror b radar is with signal, I takes me to other places like pyrate town and not to the tower where he is...or utleast thats what I know..
WHAT can I do!? plz help me...

Did you snag all of the Pokemon from Greevil? Or did you miss snagging any from anyone else?

You have to snag ALL the shadow pokemon before he will have dragonite.

Once you do, go to Gateon Port and the Miror Radar will go off.

When I captured Dragonite, I didn't know to go to Gateon Port, so I wasted a lot of time waiting for him to show up on the radar XD.

Did you also check some other trainers because some of them hold on to the pokemon instead of them running away to miror B.
