Missed Shiny thread

Eh thought I would make a thread sayying why you couldnt catch a shiny like either Run out of Pokeballs, It killed your poke you killed it etc.

Anyways a couple of days ago I went to battle my Rival on Route 103 and there was a shiny poocheyena, i was so angry because i cant get any pokeballs until after you beat them on 103...Im still angry
