Missing Pokemon

are there any pokemon that have not appeared in the anime? (excl legendaries and gen 4)

disscuss + add any that you think should have more episodes with them in, like i think there should be another episode with it in.

Yep.
But Porygon 2 hasn't appeared because of the banned Porygon episode, but I think it deserves an episode because it wasn't even Porygon that caused the seizures, it was Pikachu's electric attack.
