Who the heck would rate this a one? I've seen art on here of lesser quality recieve fours and fives. You are pretty decent, but you could do a little work on the shape and shading, it can seem a bit awkward at time, but keep practicing. Let me correct that rating for ya.

^That is the reason. The dancing Missingno was my latest one. Some were scraps.
I also haven't had much experience..... I'm 12.....I've been drawing for a few months but I only just got a tablet in July........T_T;;
