I can 100% confirm you do not need the feather badge to access Chamber 5 of the trick house and in turn don't need to have beat the champion to access Chamber 6. If my memory serves me right, you can go in Chamber 4 before being able to use strength, you just can't complete it obviously.

For Raikou, Entei, and Suicune the Additional Requirements says Various Legendary Pokémon on team, but the paragraph below that still says you need Lugia and Ho-Oh specifically. You should change that to avoid confusion.

You are missing the starters from hoenn and sinnoh. Both were available in the gen 5 DW event
