Latias Escalation Battle:

It actually give 2.000 coins at Level 80 (Or so, I didn't took a photo) and it doesn't give 5 hearts at Lv 125, instead, it give 2.000 coins (Can't post link 'cause restrictions).

UPDATE: It's give another 2.000 coins at Lv 135, and it doesn't give the 2.000 coins at Lv 80, it's at Lv 75 (My bad).

Another thing, there's not added the recent event of Mew (Which I don't remember how much last long).

In Ruby/Sapphire In-game Trades page, it only lists the Rustboro City in-game trade but there are two others trades in the game: Fortree City and Pacifidlog Town.
Voltorb is missing from Ruby/Sapphire interactive page. It is found in New Mauville.
Also Emerald In-game Trade page is missing the Rustboro City in-game trade. Also a lot of Emerald's pages is kind of cluster and outdated compared to the other games.
Emerald page needs Legendary Pokemon page, Gift Pokemon page, Interactive Page.
Diamond/Pearl Page is missing Interactive and Gift Pokemon pages.
Platinum is missing Interactive page.
Black/White interactive page has an error with Amoongus: has mispelt themselves and mentions Foongus instead of Amoongus at the end of the sentence.
Black 2 and White 2 interactive page is missing Amoongus which is found in route 22 and route 23.

In all the 3 rental list of Pokemon Stadium 2, each Pokemon have a wrong special defense stat. It is in fact the speed stat that is written twice. I'm a good guy and I have some time to spare, so here is the special defense of each pokemon listed by their national dex number on the lvl 50 rental, it'll spare you some time :) . I don't have the stat for mewtwo, mew, ho-oh, lugia and celebi tho... and i don't know if the round 2 farfetch's and gligar have a different sp.def :S

Fun fact 1: Crabby has more atk than dragonite in this game 0.o
Fun fact 2: Sentret has more sp.atk and sp.def than his evolution, furret xD

In the Pokémon Heart Gold and Soul Silver Legendary Pokémon page, there is an error of omission.

Under the roaming Latios/Latias section, it states:

Latios & latias are another pair of roaming Pokémon. When you have obtained the National Pokédex and have exited the Pokémon Fan Club in Vermillion City, Steven Stone of Hoenn will come and tell you that one of them is roaming the land of Kanto. The Pokémon in particular is dependant on your game; Latias in HeartGold & Latios in SoulSilver. Following the same tactics as before, you should be able to narrow them down. They are at Level 35 so be prepared.

However, this isn't entirely correct. By executing it exactly as you have written it, and nothing more, you actually can't trigger the event. There is another criteria that must be met before this event can be triggered.

You must visit the Copycat's House in Saffron City, and speak to her parents. One will mention that the Copycat lost her favorite PokeDoll in Vermillion City. You should visit the Pokémon Fan Club to acquire the "Lost Item". Upon exiting the Fan Club, Steven will approach you and speak to you about Latios/Latias.

Hoopa has been released for a while, but there is no mention of it in the Forms page

Just take Hoopa to the Poke Mart and talk to the guy on the left, he'll tell you a story and give you the Prison Bottle, which will change Hoopa's Form for three days or until you send it to the box. It can be used multiple times.
