Error: The drop rate of the Lucky Egg in Gen II is erroneously stated to be 8% on the Lucky Egg's Itemdex page. It should be corrected to 5% to match Chansey's Gen II Pokedex entry.

This is actually a pretty major one.
Error: On the "version-exclusives" page for Ultra Sun & Ultra Moon, it says all five pairs of fossils have one exclusive to Ultra Sun and one exclusive to Ultra Moon. However, on my Ultra Sun file, I've obtained fossils for Kabuto, Shieldon, and Archen from exploring the caves on Isle Aphun. This leads me to believe that none of the fossil Pokémon are actually version-exclusive in this game.
