I don't find that's a mistake, as Kleavor evolves from regular plain old kanto scyther so it's not so much a Hisuian evolution as it is just a new cross gen evo.

on the first champion fight it says lance's gyarados is level 44 while it is level 46 in the games

Not sure this counts as a "mistake" or if you just missed this, but we can see a few Paldea Dex numbers at 15:44 in the Presents.

Sprigatito is #1 in the Paldea Dex, Quaxly is #7, and Lechonk is #10. We can also infer from that that Fuecoco is #4.
