Mistakes on Serebii.net V2

Serebii, on the HGSS Gym Leaders Rematch page I saw you fixed the error in the part about Pryce and added that you need to beat the double battle in the Dragon's Den before you can Clair's number.

However, there are still a few things that need to be added to that page:
1. You have to have beaten Janine before you can get Falkner's number(I know this is true from first-hand experience).

2. You have to get all 16 badges before you can get Brock's, Misty's, and Blaine's numbers(I'm about 99% certain about this, however when asking about this on GameFAQs, one person claimed to have gotten those numbers before getting all 16 badges, but I've tried to get all three number and when I went to the right place at the correct time and day they didn't show up as the page says they should, but I can't think of anything else other than getting all 16 badges that you'd need to do get their numbers.)

3. You need to have all 16 badges before you can schedule rematches with the gym leaders.

4. When getting Lt. Surge's number, you must CAPTURE Zapdos, just defeating it won't allow you to get Lt. Surge's number.

Serebii, just an update. I've just confirmed number 2 above in my own game and have confirmed that it's correct.

I noticed on the "Your Rival" page for HG/SS that one of the times you bump into Silver isn't listed.
When you go to the Dance Hall to get the Clear Bell/Tidal Bell, as you're going to enter he comes out and complains about losing to the Kimono Girls or something then runs off.

The encounter lists for Mt. Silver in HG/SS are all mixed up. Firstly, I'm pretty sure what you call 1F and 2F are the same thing since they're in the same map. The list for 2F is the correct one. On 3F, I ran into a Sneasel, which isn't listed.

I just now looked and Sneasel is listed under 3F. However something is still messed up there because I think the area that is called 1F Top(which is the room where Moltres is) is actually part of 2F.

EDIT: Look like I was right about Moltres' room being 2F, because I just ran into a wild Steelix in that room. So, it looks like Mt. Silver's HGSS encounter info on Pokearth is a bit mixed up. Plus the encounter details for Onix and Steelix in Mt. Silver are swapped in thr DPtHGSS pokedex. Those details have Onix on 2F and Steelix on 1F when it's actually the other way around.

Also, Serebii, are you going to update the HGSS Gym Learder Rematch page in light of the post I made about it a bit earlier in this this thread(see post #502 above)

Error 1: On the information for Clair, you put "you won't go to the badge" on the last line of the description

Link 1: http://www.serebii.net/heartgoldsoulsilver/gym.shtml

Error 2: In the description for Olivine City on the HG/SS Gym Leader page, you state that there are no trainers other than Jasmine, yet the Pokéarth pictures of the gym (http://www.serebii.net/pokearth/johto/olivinecity.shtml#hgss-gym) clearly show trainers within said Gym.

1. Oops
2. You haven't played the game have you?

http://www.serebii.net/games/mirage.shtml - There's a picture of the Liechi berry, but the picture link to the Liechi berry in the berrydex is broken because the berrydex got redone/relocated.

Also, on Thursdays in the Bug Catching Contest, I've seen and caught Silcoon as high as level 36. http://www.serebii.net/heartgoldsoulsilver/nationalpark.shtml

The second tier Elite Four was available to me BEFORE I ever step foot into Mt. Silver, so at that point of the game I did not beat Red. The information regarding the E4's stronger tier appearance is incorrect, and from common sense, they either get stronger after all 16 badges are obtained, or the national dex is obtained. In order to figure out which is the case, some testing needs to occur. EDIT: someone else posted this before me.

Sorry to make more work for you, Serebii :(

I'll just skip over Crystal-related errors for now.

http://www.serebii.net/pokearth/kanto/route26.shtml#gs

In the listing for "Headbutt on Special Trees", it lists Kakuna as having a 5% encounter rate in Silver. Actually, that should be Beedrill there, not Kakuna.

http://www.serebii.net/pokearth/kanto/powerplant.shtml#4th

You forgot to mention the Dugtrio-for-Magneton trade in HG/SS.

http://www.serebii.net/pokearth/johto/route31.shtml#4th

In the listing for Headbutt, it says that Pineco can only be found on Route 31 in HeartGold. Pineco can be found on Route 31 in both HeartGold and SoulSilver.

http://www.serebii.net/pokearth/johto/route39.shtml#4th

In the listing for Headbutt, it says that Spinarak can be found on Route 39 in SoulSilver. Spinarak is exclusive to HeartGold; that should be Ledyba there, not Spinarak.

http://www.serebii.net/pokearth/johto/route46.shtml#4th

In the listing for Headbutt, it says that Ekans can be found with Headbutt on Route 46 in HeartGold and SoulSilver. Ekans can only be found with Headbutt in Crystal; that should be Spearow there, not Ekans.

http://www.serebii.net/pokearth/johto/burnttower.shtml

It's actually called the Burned Tower, not the Burnt Tower. In fact, it always was called the Burned Tower, even in GSC.

http://www.serebii.net/pokearth/johto/thecliffcave.shtml

It's actually called "Cliff Cave". The word "the" isn't in the name of the location.

http://www.serebii.net/pokearth/johto/cliff'sedgegate.shtml

It's actually called "Cliff Edge Gate".

http://www.serebii.net/pokearth/johto/goldenrodcity.shtml#4th

The Spearow that you get is actually obtained in the gatehouse, which is part of Route 35 (I checked with the Pokegear map).

http://www.serebii.net/pokearth/johto/goldenrodunderground.shtml#4th

In HG/SS, the Goldenrod Underground is called the Goldenrod Tunnel.

http://www.serebii.net/pokearth/johto/shininglighthouse.shtml

It's just called the Lighthouse, not the Shining Lighthouse.

Finally, the main page of Pokearth still links to the Hidden Tower instead of the Embedded Tower.

Just wondering if the above will be fixed at some point.

I think the way of getting hoenn starters in HG/SS is Defeating Red and Make latias/latios appear in kanto (helping copycat), I caught latios already and my brother not yet, but we both could get them ;381; ;380;
