In short, it's a slight error.

EDIT: http://www.serebii.net/pokearth/hoenn/route110.shtml : In R/S Pokémon > Walking > Ruby > Gulpin, it says that the minimum level for said Pokémon is Level 1. Shouldn't it be Level 12, judging on the levels of the other Pokémon? Again, just a small nitpick at a typo, but still.

Error: It's stated that Zebstrika can use the Cell Battery with the Lightningrod ability in it's POTW analysis, but Cell Battery only works if the pokemon takes damage from the Electric Type move.

In the BW Legendaries page, Landorus is listed with the Ability Sand Strength, which leads to a dead end considering it was the early Romanization of Sand Force, it's actual ability.

That's because Alder and his Bouffalant debut in a flash back belonging to Trip during the battle.

There are a lot of Pokemon on that list that can't learn Magic Coat. I didn't go through the whole list yet, but all of the Pokemon on that list that can't learn Magic Coat can learn Role Play (examples include Vulpix, Ninetales, Psyduck, Golduck, Mankey, and Primeape). I think you accidentally mixed up the two moves in terms of what Pokemon can learn them.

Edit: I found that the same is true of Machop, Machoke, Machamp, Gengar, Hitmonlee, Hitmonchan, Tauros, Tyrogue, and Hitmontop. However, I was mistaken about my theory, since Tentacool, Tentacruel, Chikorita, Bayleef, and Meganium can learn Magic Coat, but not Role Play. That being said, I still think someone should check all of those Pokemon and make sure that they can learn Magic Coat, and remove the Pokemon that can't learn the move.

Wigglytuff can't learn Signal Beam.

I noticed in the fourth gen. Pokemon of the Week for Ambipom that it could learn Quick Attack.
but Quick Attack isn't listed in its movesets.
