I found a couple more mistakes in Pokearth, don't know if they've been pointed out before:

http://www.serebii.net/pokearth/sinnoh/eternaforest.shtml#pt

In the Platinum section Bug Catcher Phillip has a VS Seeker symbol under his name, but he doesn't have an advanced roster if you battle him again.

http://www.serebii.net/pokearth/sinnoh/route210.shtml#pt

Also for Platinum, in Route 210 North, Dragon Tamer Patrick's final team is listed as Shelgon, Gabite, and Dratini, but he uses a Dragonair, not a Dratini.

well, this has been bugging me for a while...the dark type skin rule thing in the corner says "rules breakers are giving us a headache" instead of "rule breakers are giving us a headache"

I'm not sure if that was intentional or if it's in any of the other skins, but I thought I would point it out...

Look over there!
I found a few mistakes.

On the Gym Leader page for HG/SS, it says that Blaine has a Slugma. It's actually a Magcargo.

On the Elite Four page for HG/SS it says that you must defeat Red to do the Second round of the Elite Four. I haven't beaten Red and the Elite four are on their second round on my game. I'm not sure how you activate the second round, maybe getting all 16 badges?

There is a typo in one of the Soulsilver/Heartgold subtitles,
where its supposed to say over, instead it says oever or something like that. Trying to find the page now, once I do, I'll edit this and add it.

Edit: I think it was fixed.

Error: I got an Iron Ball from Pickup on a level 51 Phanpy in HG, but it isn't listed for 51-60. Based on the pattern it should be where Heart Scale is, but I've gotten a Heart Scale from a level 51 as well.

Error: In HG/SS, the Elite 4 round 2 is available before you beat Red, I think after you get all 16 badges.

Error: In HG/SS, I got a Moon Stone as a first prize in the bug catching contest, and it isn't listed.

EDIT
Error: Picknicker Liz's fourth battle has a Victreebel, not Weepinbell

On the HGSS Gym Leader Rematch Page under Pryce it says"The seventh gym leader, Pryce, is missing from the gym in the mornings on Saturday." He's away from his gym during the given time on any day.

Also, some of the Gym Leaders have some extra conditions that have to be fulfilled before you can fin them to get there phone numbers:
Falkner: Beat Janine
Claire: After the double battle with Lance/Claire vs You/Rival
Brock: Beat Blue
Misty: Beat Blue/Catch Suicune
Surge: Catch Zapados
Blaine: Beat Blue

Finally, the page needs to mention that you need all 16 badges before you can schedule rematches with the Gym Leaders.

According to this page, the Safari Zone opens when Chuck is defeated, although it actually opens when Amphy is healed.

EDIT: The Kabutops PotW states that Swift Swim boosts Water in rain, while it should be Speed.

I found several mistakes in Pokéarth. Sorry if this post is really long.

http://www.serebii.net/pokearth/johto/mt.silver.shtml#hgss-2f

Gyarados is the only Pokemon listed under Super Rod for the second floor of Mt. Silver in HG/SS, but the encounter rate is listed as 63%. This can't be right, since if Gyarados was really the only Pokemon there, it would have an encounter rate of 100%. The remaining 37% should go to Seaking.

http://www.serebii.net/pokearth/kanto/route26.shtml#gs

In the listing for "Headbutt on Special Trees", it lists Kakuna as having a 5% encounter rate in Silver. Actually, that should be Beedrill there, not Kakuna.

http://www.serebii.net/pokearth/kanto/route26.shtml#c

The listing for Headbutt is inaccurate. The Pokemon that can be found with Headbutt in Route 26 in the Crystal version are Ekans, Exeggcute, Hoothoot, and Pineco; not Spearow, Ekans, Aipom, and Heracross. In fact, the real data for Headbutt in Route 26 in the Crystal version is the same as the data for Headbutt that Serebii listed for Route 44 in Crystal. That Headbutt data is found here: http://www.serebii.net/pokearth/johto/route44.shtml#c

You forgot to mention the Dugtrio-for-Magneton trade in HG/SS.

The listing for Headbutt is inaccurate. The Pokemon that can be found with Headbutt in Route 29 in the Crystal version are Exeggcute, Hoothoot, Ledyba, Spinarak, and Pineco; not Spearow, Aipom, and Heracross. In fact, the real data for Headbutt in Route 29 in the Crystal version is the same as the data for Headbutt that Serebii listed for Route 42 in Crystal. The listing for Headbutt is inaccurate. http://www.serebii.net/pokearth/johto/route31.shtml#4th

It says in the Headbutt section of Route 31 in HG/SS that Pineco can only be found in Route 31 in HeartGold. Pineco can be found in Route 31 in HeartGold and SoulSilver.

http://www.serebii.net/pokearth/johto/route33.shtml#c

The listing for Headbutt is inaccurate. Serebii, on the HGSS Gym Leaders Rematch page I saw you fixed the error in the part about Pryce and added that you need to beat the double battle in the Dragon's Den before you can Clair's number.

However, there are still a few things that need to be added to that page:
1. You have to have beaten Janine before you can get Falkner's number(I know this is true from first-hand experience).

2. You have to get all 16 badges before you can get Brock's, Misty's, and Blaine's numbers(I'm about 99% certain about this, however when asking about this on GameFAQs, one person claimed to have gotten those numbers before getting all 16 badges, but I've tried to get all three number and when I went to the right place at the correct time and day they didn't show up as the page says they should, but I can't think of anything else other than getting all 16 badges that you'd need to do get their numbers.)

3. You need to have all 16 badges before you can schedule rematches with the gym leaders.

4. When getting Lt. Surge's number, you must CAPTURE Zapdos, just defeating it won't allow you to get Lt. Surge's number.
