On the D/P Time of Day page, the specific times aren't given. Instead, at the bottom is says "When the game comes out, all the specific time based events will be stored here." Methinks it a bit overdue.

There are a few mechanics missing from the Wonder Launcher section.

In a double battle, if you only have 1 Pokemon left, you receive 2 points instead of just 1 per turn.
In a Triple/Rotation battle, if you have 2 Pokemon left, you receive 2 points, and if you have 1 Pokemon left, you receive 3 points per turn.

(This applies to the English Versions. Japanese & other Versions need to be confirmed...)

Wormadam's Ground and Steel formes don't have Overcoat listed as a Dream World ability, but all three formes have it. But they do have it listed correctly on the page for Ground-types and Steel-types.

EDIT: Also, the Berrydex link on the main page leads to a 404. I realize it's not really relevant anymore, but people do sometimes play the 3rd Gen games today.

On Trip's biography on Conkledurr, 'time' is mispelt as 'toime'.

also, it says that it will be used against Bianca's Emboar, yet on Bianca's biography, there is only Pignite, no Emboar. i'm not sure if it's supposed to say Pignite or not, but it seemed relevant.

Many of the Amercan Episode titles have not been added to the episode pictures page, even though they have been known for quite a while, starting from episode 701 to the present. Plus, a few new episode titles were revealed as well. They were for the deino episode, the accelgor episode, and the chili one. They were revealed a week or two ago, but I never saw them on the main page. They were:

The Lonely Deino
The Mighty Accelguard to the Rescue
A Call for Brotherly Love.

These titles were revealed on numerous other sites, so I'm pretty sure these were confirmed. Just to let you know.

Error: The Pokémon + Nobunaga's Ambition page for abilities list Reshiram and TurboBlaze, but the page listing all the Pokémon does not have Reshiram on it. Is Reshiram in the game and forgotten on the Pokémon list, or is it not in the game and accidently had its ability listed? As I do not have the game, I do not know myself.

theres a few minor errors that could do with corrections in the character bios a few list incorrect moves that the pokemon belonging to the trainer can use.

They're some name errors on the new "Standard bushou page"

There is an old lady named lamination should be Sekisou
Some one named Sorin tower should be just Sorin
A girl named Prunus mume should be Ume
And some guy named correct it could be intentional but just to be safe it should be Seikai


this may not be 100% correct but I doubt there is an old lady named Lamination in the game.
