I have no clue what moves and Ev's to give a Moltres. It is for Ingame. It still has the moves it was caught as.

Nature: Modest
Ev's: Need help with Ev spread
Flamethrower
Fire Spin
Endure
Agility

I don't have XD so any of the moves I can get in XD cannot be used.
