Hi! Heheh... So, I saved before battling Moltres for the first time. I've beaten him 3 times but he won't join my Team, can it join your team at the first try (when you're a fugitive) or do you have to come back after that so it can join you?

After you beat the game and beat Rayquaza, you can return and he may ask to join your team. You cannot recruit him when you're a fugitive.

and also you can only defeat him with your leader if your recruties come with you and touch him he won't join you so i suggest no recruits coming with you only you alone.
