Ice Beam doesn't always ohko dragons ._.

222 SAtk doesn't always ohko a salamence with 16 sdef and about 20 hp evs, and gyarados probably doesn't even have that much.

Thunder > Fire blast as you actually want to hit milotic and other gyara

Edit: Blizzard also 2hkos Zapdos while Ice Beam doesn't

Trust me, Gyarados is NOT a special sweeper. It does not have the stats to be a special sweeper. Gyarados has MASSIVE attack power and is one of the the best DDers there is. There are a lot better special sweepers out there like Starmie.

- Mach Punch/Leech Seed
- Spore
- Substitute
Adament is much better for Breloom. With max speed he'll be quick enough (for most pokes) to knock 'em out with Spore, put up a Sub for defense if you feel it be best, then Focus Punch away! Leach Seed isn't really a must. You'd only be wasting a turn seeding when you could be punching. PLus, you need a pokemon with an attack-first move to stop Endure/Reversalers.

The bold, teal writing are the things I've changed. Although, I think you need to add a special sweeper somewhere. Gyarados won't cut it, and Zapdos can't do it alone. Might I suggest:

That is a specialdos which surprises its counters and that breloom set abuses the spikes he sets up.
