more toxic

is it possible to get more than one toxic with only one game? i really need to know as i don't know what to attach it to: Chansey or Shuckle.

You can breed a female Shuckle with a male Dustox with Toxic and the hatched pokemon will have Toxic as an Egg move.

but i checked the serebii.net toxic page and it said it can't be bred onto anything

My chanseys all learned toxic (TM06) from father roselia along with egg move aromatherapy as well. shuckle should still learn toxic from dustox so long as father dustox knows it.

It's not a flaw, the Pokedex only lists EGG moves, which you can only get onto a Pokemon by breeding. HOWEVER, if the father knows a TM the baby can learn, it will always be passed down.
