Most annoying battle

What was the most annoying battle you've ever had????

Mine was when I played pokemon yellow, and I was vs Erika, and her pokemon kept using sleep powder, and I kept using the pokeflute... that went on for like 14 turns no lie..... and ..... the music of the pokeflute gets to you after a while *shudder*

Yesterday, on my Fire Red, I had a pretty obnoxious battle with Erika. Damn Victreebel. Had to use three Paralyz Heals, one Antidote, and one Awakening.

The Pike Queen's Shuckle made me go insane. Took forever to beat it.

When I got killed by a Phanphy in Battle Palace. And Lucy's Shuckle, although Scizor kills that for me now.

Against pike queen lucy's shuckle. Dammit it kept using rest since it can't do any damage against a steel type like my metagross. My metagross DOSEN'T HAVE METEOR MASH!!! or any steel type moves. Took about an hour and my father kept telling me to turn off my GBA since my play time was over

in the battle factory with my Blissey against multiple foes. Stupid rentals. That battle went for like an hour

My brother had Pokémon Yellow. He couldn't make it past the first gym and asked me to help.
By then he had a Pikachu and a Pidgey. He couldn't beat Brock cause all the moves are not very effective. So I went out hunting.
I returned to the gym later with 4 Pidgeys and 2 Metapods. The battle took a while cause Brocks Onix knew Rest but I managed to defeat him with my last Metapod.
I experienced the battle. I know it's annoying.

In pokemon blue, wrap was so bvroken, as you ould not attack while you were getting wrapped! So my most annoying battle was near the cave near the ghost town, with a bellsprout who kept using wrap! I yelled at the gameboy for like a minute.

Misty. In Pokemon Red. Back then, the only starter I would choose was Charmander. Getting to her was no sweat, but beating her was another story. Her Staryu's Bubblebeam would always KO my Charmander. Not to mention she had a Starmie for back up. >< By the time I get done with her, I would already have a level 25+ Charmeleon.

That's when right there and then, I vowed to never sleep nor rest 'til that man was brought to justics. But first, I went to buy some donuts. 8D

In the battle dome's last round where a blissey survived my metagross meteor mash and used counter. Too bad my gengar got knocked out by that alakazam.

Pretty much any fight against Blissey under the wrong circumstances. I really think Blissey personafies a lot of what is wrong with Battle Fronteir, in that it just isn't fun sometimes.

The took about 200 turns, and ended 0-0
(The umbreon killed itself when killing Blissey with Struggle.)

In the Battle Frontier.
my team; Snorlax, Gengar, and Metagross.

It was against a Quagsire.
The Quagsire had Curse, Ancientpower, Rest and Double Team.
It also had Damp which prevented my Snorlax and Metagross Exploding.
It was also Paralysed - From Snorlax's Body Slam - so Gengar couldn't put it to sleep.
Gengar had Ice Punch, Fire Punch, Thunderbolt and Hypnosis.
Couldn't do enough damage to it, because it kept resting, so eventually I ran out of PP for Ice Punch - after wasting all his Ancientpowers.
Snolax's counter kept missing so he was killed.
and Metagross was useless against a 6 x Curse Quagsire - even if it ran out of moves.
It got down to it struggling, so I thought this might be my chance to win, but one nicely placed Critical Hit on Metagross finished me off nicely.

round 60 something in the Battle Tower.

Now, every Gengar I use in the BF, has Giga Drain.

The battle I had against Blissey in the Battle frontier once, when it used Minimize about 10 times and whenever I managed to land a hit it just used softboiled to restore HP. Its only attacking move was Egg Bomb which was ridiculously weak, only taking off about 5HP at a time. It came down to it using struggle against me... but only after about an hour of excruciatingly boring battling. I wish there was a fighting type move that hit every time, it would be the perfect counter strategy to annoying Blisseys.

My most annoying battle ever was a "Status War"...
...A 70-80 turn 2-2 battle that includes poisoning, paralyzing, putting to sleep, freezing, burning, and confusing of both teams because of abilities and additional effects of attacks...good thing I have completed the flutes in emerald...there wasn't a turn that no pokemon on the field didn't have any status problem...It all ended up me winning because the foe fainted because it was both poisoned and paralyzed...hehehe
