Going through the Pokedex I realized several Pokemon seem to be more iconic and others not so much. So I wanted to start a thread to discuss what you think are some of the most iconic Pokemon from every generation?

I feel like some people are going on what is their favourite pokemon, rather than what is "iconic"

Personally I would say that the most iconic pokemon of each generation are as follows:

1) Pikachu 2) Togepi 3)Blaziken 4) Lucario 5) Zoroark 6) Greninja

Personally, I think that these pokemon are the ones from each generation that are most hyped up, not only in the main series games, but in the side games, the main anime, the movies, and other media.
