Most overrated/underrated Pokemon

The title says it. Who do you think is overrated/underrated?

I am going to start off by saying that Lucario IMO is quite overrated. I don't care about it's design and I see it everywhere too. I didn't even care about the movie it starred in as well.

And as for an underrated Pokemon, I would definitely say Sawk. Some people I usually see on the internet call it 'ugly' and all of the other stuff. But to me, I find it a very useful Pokemon. It comes early in-game (In Black and White, at least), has good base stats, and learns some fine moves too. And as much I don't like admitting this, I love it's design. I can't see how it is ugly, to tell you the truth.

Underrated? I say miltank because it has some good attack and defense

Now, I am not hating on anyone, but Charizard is really overrated in my opinion.
Underrated? Probably Garbodor (and at one point--mostly on the U. S' behalf--Reshiram).

Overrated: Ampharos (why do people like this sheep thing?)

Underrated: Scrafty: Archeops, that things kills like a truck.

Overrated: Electivire, Crobat, Luxray, Flygon, Weavile
Underrated: Tentacruel, Mienshao, Cradily, Lilligant, Slowbro, Venusaur

What part of "sweeper" seems to be confusing you?

Overrated Pokemon: Charmander/Charmeleon/Charizard, Pichu/Pikachu/Raichu, Riolu/Lucario, Eevee and it's evolutions, Zorua/Zoroark, Mewtwo, Snivy/Servine/Serperior, Oshawott/Dewott/Samurott, Cyndaquil/Quilava/Typhlosion, Lugia, Chimchar/Monferno/Infernape, I can go on forever with this list...

Also, why do so many people like Zangoose and Ampharos for some reason, I never saw the appeal in either Pokemon to be fair.

Underrated Pokemon: Buizel/Floatzel, Mienfoo/Mienshao, Drilbur/Excadrill, Patrat/Watchog, Hoppip/Skiploom/Jumpluff, Bidoof/Bibarel

Overrated: Possibly any Pokemon from Gen 1. Oh god, especially Charizard. It's hard to say because I really do like Charizard a lot. But I don't understand why it gets so much love. Typhlosion is super cool too! Charizard has a crippling 4x weakness to SR, making it impossible for it to even pull of the Bellyzard strategy in most cases.

Underrated: Meganium. Oh, this starter is super cute, even though I chose Typhlosion. And it can be a pain to beat if used correctly. My Typhlosion had a lot of trouble beating it, even with type advantage. Meganium has Leech Seed, Body Slam for paralysis, and a ton of other good support moves. Also, Torterra. While it does has a crippling 4x Ice weakness, it has an amazing design, and awesome moves. I find Cresselia underrated too. It makes an amazing wall and it's cry is just cool! Typhlosion is underrated too. It has great speed and special attack, and is a monster under the sun; but I do understand that its shallow movepool can really cost it.
