I think you can get a Deoxys in Emerald without any tickets

weedles are pretty rare in emerald seeing how you cant actually get one in emerald without trading/cheating

I'm actually annoyed because Roselia isn't available in Emerald, and that's the only version I have. As far as Grass/Poison types go, she's cool. I wanted one for my in game team.

Hopefully she'll be easy to find in Diamond/Pearl, since they're giving her an evolution and everything.
