Move Tutor in FR

He doesn't want to learn my PKMN the moves that it says on serebii, only the ones it can learn by lv-up. Must I have a big shroom tho? cause i only got tiny ones.

2 tiny shrooms or 1 big shroom... you are at the move RELEARNER!!!!!!!
he only teaches moves that the pokemon learns by level-up

yes. 2 tiny mushrooms=1 big mushroom. Go to island 2 and there is move tutor which can learn yourr Pokemon forgotten moves

The move "relearner" is the move tutor. He will only teach moves that your Pokemon either forgotten or didn't learn in the past levels.

Which move tutor... you do realize there are several of them designed to teach 1 move a piece scattered across all of kanto?

example, dewgong, he cannot learn body slam by himself, he needs to see a tutor it says (Tutor moves). where do i get that??
