Move Tutor question

I have a question about move tutor moves. I only use to breed to get the pre evols (pichu, igglybuff, etc), but now Ive started to breed to get certain movesets into my poke, and I was wondering if the moves that the Move Tutor teaches are also breedable? More specificly can I breed a Seismic Toss to Sable Eye (from Makuhita) and a Rock Slide to Torchic (from Numel)?

Also, is there a breeding chain to get Taunt to Gyarados?

You can´t inherit Move Tutor´s moves unless they´re in the Egg Move list (Like Torchic´s Rock Slide or Spoink´s Substitute).

As for the second question, Magikarp can´t learn Taunt so it´s impossible to make Gyrados learn Taunt without the use of TM.
