i am wondering, is there a move tutor in pokemon crystal, to teach pokemon moves that they have already forgotten? And how to I get Lugia to know Areoblast in crystal or Ho-oh to know Sacred Fire?
The only move tutor is the one at the GC in Goldenrod that teaches Flamethrower, Thunderbolt and Ice Beam. However, in Pokemon Stadium 2, complete the Gym Castle with a non-registered team with the Pokemon on it or something like that, and you can relearn them... I think, it's been a while since I played.
It's L40 in GSC. And that's not helpful because Intellecool may have either overwritten it (hopefully by accident, SF is amazing) or was playing Silver or Crystal, where the caught Ho-oh has already overwritten it, same with Lugia and Areoblast in Gold (and Crystal).
