I was looking through the Pokédex on the main site, and saw the Emerald Tutor Moves.

How do I get a Pokémon to learn these? I can only get them to learn forgotten moves.

Behind the Mask
theres people around the game that will teach you moves once just talk to them. Theres also 2 move tutors at the battle frontier but they cost you battle points.
