Moves never used in the Anime

I have noticed that there are some moves yet to be used in the anime. I think it's because they have no idea about how they will look like but that might just be me.
eg.
Absorb
Mega Drain
Giga Drain
Fake Out
Toxic?
Curse?
Dragon Dance.
Flash
Waterfall

I missed the whole Johto season and the first part of Hoenn so correct me if I'm wrong.
