Endure fails if you have only 1 HP left, IIRC. You're right about rest though, but I'd rather have a paralysed Shedinja than a sleeping one.

Aggron can learn, if I remember correctly, Surf & Thunder
Snorlax and surf.....not right
And the Digglet/Dugtrio Scratch moves, have you ever seen them in the N64/GC Games? They just kinda lunge forwards and the move hits.
