R RaZoR LeAf Night Terror Apr 22, 2006 #4 Horn Drill is a waste on Rhydon, it's not fast enough to pull it off with any level of success. Dragon_Reborn posted the best moveset for Rhydon (though the metagame usually has Rest in place of Body Slam, I find that set to be akward)
