- Water Spout (take advantage of it's most powerful super-special water attack... 150 damage and 100% accuracy, and that's not even counting the bonus from the rainfall... Yes.)

- Thunder (take advantage of it's constant rain... 120 damage and 100% accuracy... Yes.)

- Ice Beam/Blizzard (most people expect an ice attack on a water pokemon, but you might like it)

- Ancient Power/Body Slam/Brick Break (take advantage of it's high physical attack stat - and with ancient power or brick break, you might surprise your opponent)

- Alternate: Replace the ice or physical attack with "Rest" (remember why it was so hard to catch?... with so many HP, you might want to take advantage of this)

The EVs depend on the nature. If you are running Modest, you'll want a bulkier Kyogre with a lot of HP EVs and Special Attack EVs. If you are running Timid, max out speed and special attack

IMO Sub should go over Thunder since no one is going to switch Kyogre into Kyogre, and electric attacks suck in ubers. ._.

I still like the paralysis chance, though.
No one is gonna switch Kyogre to Kyogre, but then, if the foe catches you without Thunder, they will. Not to mention Thunder dents Lugia harder

A word of advice: No hydro pump. Yes, Kyogre kicks fruit with it, but it has 80% accuracy. It could really make you mad sometimes. It's Sp. Atk is high enough, so go with Surf. Surf has 100% accuracy, so yeah. It does more damage than 5 hydro pumps.

use hydro pump in double battles. dealing half damage to two pokes is must worse than dealing full damage to one.

That's the case in 1v1. However, due to Surf's power halving in 2v2 and short paced game, Hydro Pump becomes superior. Not to mention it OHKOs Mewtwo

For me this is alright, but change the physical attack with calm mind and make it modest and there you have it, an awesome Kyogre.
