well this is what i like for regice

The reason for counter being that it will send back any physical attack two fold that is likely to come at it, then it can rest it off

I know thunder sucks but power>accuracy for a poke lik 'steel, its also a good skarm counter with it (i guess). seismic toss for consistancy, toxic for gradually wasting them, and iron defence/amnesia for... defence!
