Moving Topics

I've noticed (for a long while now) that when topics are moved, a message is displayed indicating that the topic has been moved. Aside from the fact that they are a bit of an eyesore, topics that belong in the said section are pushed back and may fall back a page meaning that topics in that forum die especially if the forum is not that popular. Is it possible to remove that message? Just something that has been bugging me and I thought I'd point out.

We can delete them, though we keep them up so people can find the topic easily.

Are you talking about the redirects? Some mods use them so people know where it was moved to. Others don't use them for the reason you stated, they just take up space.

Yes, I was talking about the redirects. They just sometimes seem to push other topics back.
