OK, but it has nothing to with Animé.

It might soon. I mean, Anime is stereotyped by ignorant non-fans but suppose this story gets out and the stereotypes change from "nerdy guys still living with their folks" to "mass murderers." I don't think I have to mention the Soccer Moms and how games were nearly censored once.

It's highly doubtful this "Mr. Anime" guy is the first anime fan to murder someone, this turning into a anti-anime media circus seems unlikely(or, that's what I can gather from the linked video anyway).

I have never heard of this person before so does it really matter what happens to some idiot who calls him self "Mr Anime"? Nope. I doubt there's going to e some huge overreaction over this or anything. It's not like much anime is on television in the first place and what is doesn't have much to be censored anyway.

The stereotype didn't change when this guy got arrested for possessing child porn, so I don't see it changing because one fan committed murder.

"It is my destiny."
So is the "Kill Your Family" show gonna be canceled then?

Never heard of this person, but when I looked him up, I learned he was just some anime reviewer who may never go on YouTube again. There's crazy people everywhere, why is this any different from all the other murder stories we hear on the news?

Has nothing to do with anime. Just some online nobody that was mentally unstable and killed his family. Move along.
