Well, I think that your team is just fine
Lugia: Lugia learns Aeroblast, a very powerul move, at Lv. 77. Train them up to that level. or you can teach it Thunderbolt/Thunder.
just No he doesn't need it to win
Rhydon: if your Rhydon has RockHead, you can teach it takedown. RockBlast is also a good idea. I'm not sure what to give it, but it has a really good attack so perhaps an attack boosting item?
double edge is better, and all items thatare not lum, status up berries, leftovers, choice band, quick claw, and kings rock suck
Moltres: Moltes learns HeatWave at Lv. 73 so I would train it to that level and replace WilloWisp for that. Give Charcoal to Moltres if you can.charcoal sucks and will o wisp could save moltres from a rock slide or something
Salemance: Salemance is alright, it is quite powerful.
..... ok just no
Larvitar : This thing evolves at level 55 into Tryanitar. Since your training it, I would raise it to that level. The moves are fine.

Of course, your team is just fine, it is quite powerful. Many flying types help because no ground type move can affect your pokemon. If you don't want to train them to higher levels, then I would just give them nice items, such as Charcoal, shellBell, etc.
NO , he fights a team with a starmie, anything that can kill flying types, and if Lugia dies he is screwed, as well as electrics
I would rate your team a 2/10
