Mt. Battle WTF?

I beat MT. Battle and I didn't get a darn Cyndaquil (the starter of my choice).Is there something I have to do?

Did you make sure that you used the same Pokemon throughout and not to leave the place before you finished?

I'm pretty sure it does. I made it through once too, but I withdrew a Pokemon half way through and didn't get nothin' for it. ><

You have to use the same Pokes throughout. Do not change your team whatsoever. And yes you can save.

Yeah. I posted this problem at GameFaqs and they said to me: Don't leave or change pokemon. So, because of them, I now own a lv. 23 Bayleef.

Yeah...Unfortunately, they have the elemental hyper beams. At least they have one other good move.
