I've seen this abused so bad in the prismatic format. It's a cool card for a desperate finisher and can be quite effective as well. Not to mention, 4/5 for 5 is not bad at all if you are forced to not be able to use it's ability. Overall, cool card. Just watch out to not mill yourself

Now that ability screams FINISHER. Opponent abusing his Form of the Dragon happily? Remove 30 cards and take him out. End of story. It's crazy, last resort-ish, and is cheap. Rawr.
