This is basically an unblockable with a cumulative upkeep. How is this rare and Phantom Warrior uncommon, I'll never know. Phantom Warrior > Illusionary Presence if you wan't evasion + it doesn't have a cumulative upkeep.

I guess this is an okay card, the cumulative upkeep and the landwalk ability are not bad, but like klducks said there are much better creatures out there if you want evasion. 1/5
