Whenever a permanent other than Last Laugh is put into a graveyard from play, Last Laugh deals 1 damage to each creature and each player.
When no creatures are in play, sacrifice Last Laugh.
I dont like this card at all. Sure it can stall, but it really only works if you have a huge creature in play. And then, this thing costs 4 mana.
Granted, it does deal damage to each player, but there are way too many requirements for this card to be abused. BIG creatures with A LOT of removal.
